Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days of purchase.

Processing times may vary during holidays, exhibition events, or high-volume periods.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order type and destination.

Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available for select products.
Delivery Issues

Delays caused by carriers or weather.

Packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged or Defective Items

Changes & Cancellations
