Refund policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At ChARS, every piece of artwork and print is created and packaged with care. Because our products are unique, we’ve outlined the following policy to make sure expectations are clear and fair for our customers.


All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

  • Due to the nature of original artwork and prints, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or custom orders.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing charlenestolo@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • After review, we may offer:

    • A replacement (if available)

    • A store credit

    • A refund back to your original payment method


Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return/refund request is approved, we will notify you by email.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original artwork once shipped and delivered without damage

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or commissioned pieces


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged and a replacement of the same item is available.

  • If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
